Those buckets are adorable and the teacher's cards are beautiful.<BR/><BR/>Re color settings: Are you using Photoshop or Photoshop Elements? In Elements you can go click Edit - Color Settings and then choose Optimize for Printing. And then you won't be given color choices your printer won't be able to duplicate. Photoshop should have a similar setting but it might not be in the same place. You might also try getting into your printer program, it should have some sort of printer specifications to set the color.
